Tractor Trailer Crash Closes Route 9 in Berlin
If you're driving in the Portland area on Route 9, expect delays from the late afternoon crash.
A two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer has closed northbound Route 9 in Berlin, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
According to the DOT, the highway is closed between exits 21 and 22 for a tractor-trailer versus vehicle crash that was reported at 3:42 p.m. Monday.
The DOT estimates it will take “three hours or less” to clear the scene.
