discountdesignerclothingshop.com is not a professional operation. they "sold" me an item they later admitted they did not have in stock. they hit my credit card and actually sent me a different item that i did not order. it cost $50 to send it back to quebec with customs. unbelievably, they sent me another item i did not order, and only after incurring addtional return shipping costs did they admit that they did not have the item i ordered (a jacket). they said they would re-imburse for shipping return and refund my credit card, but did not...and left me to battle with my credit card company.
