After Nearly 27 Years Serving East Haven, Lt. Frank Montagna Retires
Montagna began his career with East Haven police in January 1996 and held many positions including as a mentor, leader, and instructor.

EAST HAVEN, CT — After serving the town and its people for nearly 27 years, East Haven Police Department Lt. Frank Montagna has retired.
Montagna began his career in January 1996 and rose through the ranks. He held many positions at the department including as a mentor, leader, trainer and instructor.
In a Facebook post, police said Montagna "will be truly missed."

"Thank you, sir, for your dedication to this community and good luck in all your future endeavors," the police department wrote.
