EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven police Capt. David Emerman, a domestic violence incident occurred at Breezewood Condos on Coe Avenue this morning that resulted in a brief lockdown of Momauguin Elementary School.
A suspect was taken into custody without incident, and there is no further risk to the community, he said.
