Anthony Deluca, 79, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

July 4

Justin Cedeno, 39, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Sharon L. Gaston, 36, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Alex Adelman, 29, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and fifth-degree larceny.

Jose Chuindia Nupiz, 32, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

July 5

Zachary S. Behler, 33, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Elvis Sanchez, 18, of New Haven, was charged with two counts of evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Louis J. Wordie Jr., 59, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree false incident report and false statement.

July 6

Zachary Scott Behler, 33, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

July 7

James Miller, 41, of East Haven, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprint regulations, assault public safety officer, and interfering with an officer.
