Furniture Maker Among 29 New Businesses Registered In East Haven In July

EAST HAVEN, CT — Twenty-nine new businesses registered with the state in East Haven in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was Engineered Woodcrafts LLC, which registered under the wood household furniture manufacturing category at 54 Cliff Street on July 18.

Three related financial filings, Provident Trust Group LLC FBO Stephen R. Ketaineck ROTH IRA, SRK Roth IRA, LLC and SRK Trad IRA, LLC, all registered at the same Whalers Point address on July 6. Health and dining rounded out the month, with Onorato Advanced Medical Care, PLLC and Simplistic Approach PLLC among the health filings, and Madina LLC and El Fogon of East Haven LLC registering as restaurants.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
