Kimberly Maria Boucher 59 of East Haven passed away unexpectedly at home on August 14, 2026. She was born July 16, 1967 in New Haven to George Jr. and Judith (Clancy) Boucher. Kimberly is survived by her mother, Judith Boucher of East Haven and three siblings; Alyson Healey (Matthew) of East Haven, Paul Boucher (Elizabeth) of East Haven and Steven Boucher (Nicole) of Northford along with uncles, John Clancy (Peggy) of Plainville and Gerald Boucher of East Haven and aunts, Katherine Terrone (Luigi) of New Haven and Peggy Boucher of Cheshire, and numerous cousins.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, George Boucher Jr. (NHFD, ret), aunts, Marilyn Erff, Roberta Boucher and Barbara Boucher along with one uncle, Kevin Boucher.
Kimberly was a lifelong resident of East Haven. She graduated from East Haven High School in 1985, graduated from Gateway College and later retired from the US Postal Service with over 37 years of service. She liked to cook, watch Seinfeld, the Sopranos and SNL, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Her favorite time of the year was Halloween.
Family will receive friends on Monday August 24, 2026 from 9 AM until 10:30 AM in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Her funeral procession will then leave Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home for an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at the Church of Our Lady of Pompeii, 355 Foxon Road (Route 80), East Haven with Committal/Burial to follow at East Lawn Cemetery.
Kimberly loved all animals, especially her dog "Dasher" and cat "Moto." In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, 749 E. Main Street, Branford CT 06405 in her honor.
