Aug. 13
Kayla Elizabeth Vallombroso, 29, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear, use of a motor vehicle without permission, and disorderly conduct.
Aug. 16
Timothy Patrick Hine, 29, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Jack Rivadeneira Carrion, 24, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Aug. 17
Nichole Alyssa Mathers, 37, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Aug. 18
Marquette P. Elliott, 28, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
