Obituary: Shirley Goldstein Frumento (Porto Funeral Homes)

Shirley Goldstein Frumento, 82, of West Haven, beloved wife of the late Frank R. Frumento Sr., passed away on October 15, 2026 surrounded by her family at her home. Loving mother of Deanarose (Michael) Wight of Milford and the late Frank R. Frumento Jr. Cherished grandmother of Xander, Michael and Madelon Wight all of Milford. Shirley was born in Ohio on July 4, 1944 daughter of the late Herman and Edith Sokoloff Goldstein. Prior to her retirement, she co-owned A & F Construction with her beloved late husband. Some of her fondest memories were made during vacations in Aruba, a place that held a special place in her heart.

Family and friends are invited to a parlor service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 830 Jones Hill Rd., West Haven MONDAY, October 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Family and friends may call Monday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice at hospice.com.
