Robert Pellegrino, 66, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jesse James Fitzmaurice, 30, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of probation.

Richad Lerone Rondon-Smith, 41, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Oct. 24

Matthew J. Dellecave, 59, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 25

Michael Sebastian Nettis, 51, of East Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Oct. 27

Jefferson Alfredo Chapa-Landi, 31, of Meriden, was charged with three counts of violation of probation.
