Antonio Bodon obituary: Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, East Haven

Antonio Bodon 73, of New Haven passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026 at CT Hospice. He was born June 25, 1952 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Pedro and Anna (Rosario) Bodon. Antonio is survived by his four loving and devoted sisters; Angela Torres (Roberto) of New Haven, Gladys Bodon of New Haven, Dalila Ortiz (widow of Miguel Ortiz) of New Haven and Norma Cubero (Anthony) of New Haven along with his niece and caregiver, AnnaMarie Maldonado of New Haven and numerous nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.

Antonio is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters; Miriam Bodon and Floridalia Bodon.

Antonio was very skilled handyman. He could build and fix anything from basic construction to large projects, including plumbing, heating and electrical work. He was a devoted family man, loved spending time with his sister and friends. If Antonio was not with his family, he was working.

Family will receive friend on Saturday June 27, 2026 from 9 AM until the time of service at 11 AM in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven with burial to follow at East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven CT
