TEAM TOGETHER WIN that’s the motto on the Lady Yellowjackets new warm up jackets and they live that motto every game. After dispensing of Wilbur Cross at Cross on Tuesday night by a score of 67-52 the Easties welcomed Lauralton Hall in to the HIVE. East Haven came out and opened up a 14-7 first quarter lead, by halftime it was 26-20 and that is as close as the Crusaders would get. Kylie Schlottman (21) and Olivia Coyle (18) took control along with their teammates and were too much for the Crusaders in the end. Contributing to East Haven’s victory were Ciara Mortimer (C), Haley Montesanto , Jessica Stettinger , Alexis (Downtown) Pendziwater and Haley Capozzo (C). When it was all over the Easties had improved to 12-1 by a winning score of 54-41. Ranked #8 in the state this week should see some movement for the Yellowjackets. TEAM TOGETHER WIN is the only thing these girls know!!!
