Big Changes Coming To Frontage Road In East Haven
The town approved a developer's proposal at a meeting this week, which includes demolishing an existing hotel.
EAST HAVEN, CT — Big changes are coming to Frontage Road in East Haven. The 80-room Quality Inn hotel at 30 Frontage Road will be demolished and replaced with a new 107-room Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel, the New Haven Register reports.
The application was approved this week by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The new hotel will include an indoor pool and an exercise room, and would be considered more upscale than the current hotel.
According to the posted meeting agenda, the developer is CT Hotel Group, LLC.
