EAST HAVEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $30,000 was recently sold in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
An East Haven resident won $30,000 on a 30X Cash 10th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Haven Deli & Convenience LLC at 453 Short Beach Rd. in East Haven, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
