A: The criminal element moves right in and takes over.
We have animals running amok in the streets of East Haven. Operating dirt bikes and quads with disregard for the safety of themselves and others in their path, these wannabe gangstas taunt civilians and police almost on a daily basis. Unless they are effectively and permanently removed from the streets, the situation will will continue to deteriorate. These animals will expand their activities into areas of drug dealing, theft and assault as is the norm with criminals. God forbid an innocent person is seriously injured or killed by these fools.
