Business Not to Trust

DO NOT TRUST!!!

East Haven Builders Supply was very difficult to work with; not only did they order the wrong knobs for our kitchen, they misplaced our sink, broke a slab of granite, and didn't install it properly. They also gave us a quote for granite counter tops on a new construction house. After we closed on the house they provided a bill to our builder with a different cost. We had to pay the builder since he had already paid for it, though when I tried to clear up the manner with the supplier he refused to acknowledge the previous quote then threatened me and informed me there was nothing I can do and no lawyer would help in this manner and I am out of luck. I felt like I was treated so unfairly and robbed out of what should have been a wonderful experience. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
