Business Signs New Lease in East Haven

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announces that Senior Commercial Broker Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR and Richard Lombardo, CEM, Associate Commercial Broker both in the Company’s Milford Office, have successfully negotiated a 5,000 square-feet lease at 17 Commerce Street, East Haven.

Russell advised the lessor, Joseph Zalman of Ultra-Optics, Inc.

Lombardo represented the lessee, Mickey’s Transportation, which specializes in the installation of bank ATM machines, vaults and interior set ups of teller stations throughout institutions in New England. The company’s President and owner is Mickey D’Agostino, an expert in the field.
