At Sound Health and Wellness, located in East Haven, CT, we focus on providing trauma informed treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other life stressors for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. With our guidance you will resolve trauma, learn to manage your emotions and gain coping skills and resilience to transform your life. Most insurances accepted and sliding fee if needed. We offer inperson and telehealth. Specialty area is use of EMDR to resolve trauma. We work with individuals with neurodiversity and mood disorders to learn strategies and tools to manage emotions and life stressors.
