Christmas Trees Will Be Picked Up Curbside Beginning Tuesday
Pick-up starts Tuesday, but not on a fixed schedule. "Public works staff will remove trees from curbside as they see them," mayor says.
EAST HAVEN, CT —The town begins picking up Christmas trees Tuesday, Jan. 3, but on no fixed schedule, Mayor Joseph A. Carfora said.
"Public works staff will remove trees from curbside as they see them," he said.
Residents are asked to put Christmas trees on the curb with all decorations removed. Those who live in condominiums should contact their association for where to leave trees curbside, Carfora said.
