Commission Reviewing Plans For Old East Haven High School Building Holds First Meeting
The meeting lasted around 10 minutes.

The Blue Ribbon Commission, tasked with recommending a plan for developing the old East Haven High School located at 200 Tyler Street held its first meeting Thursday, the New Haven Register reports. The commission approved six meeting dates that lasted only 10 minutes.
Paul Carbo was appointed commission chairman, Robert Limoncelli was appointed vice-chairperson and Town Clerk Stacy Gravino will serve as clerk of the commission. Upcoming dates for the meeting will be Dec. 23 and 29, as well as Jan, 7, 12, 20 and 25. All meetings will be held at the Senior Center located at 91 Taylor Ave.
Carbo told the Register, the next step for the commission would be look at options for the property brought up in previous years including using it for educational purpose, converting it into a community/municipal building or selling it to an outside developer.

Ultimately, the decision lies in the hands of the Town Council and the Board of Finance, who will have the final vote, Carbo told the paper.
