Coronavirus East Haven: 30 Deaths, 241 Positive Cases Reported
As of Sunday, 30 residents have lost their lives due to the coronavirus, town officials say.

EAST HAVEN, CT — The town has updated the number of coronavirus cases and deaths.
As of Sunday, based on numbers between multiple sources, officials said, 241 East Haven residents have tested positive for COVID-19 and 30 have died due to the virus.
Town officials said that while the state's latest figures have East Haven with 267 cases, the town says its numbers from multiple sources indicate 241, attributed to state database errors, delay in data, and incorrect addresses.

The town also noted that on Thursday, the East Haven Fire Department delivered 100 isolation gowns to the Whispering Pines nursing home, the source for many of the cases and deaths.
