Sponsor A Live Tree. A limited number of live holiday trees are available to sponsor for $250 each. These trees will line the outside circle of Connecticut Hospice’s entrance for the entire holiday season, providing a safe, festive, and brightly lit holiday event.

Purchase Lights in Memory of. Strands of white lights will illuminate the live trees as well as menorahs, creating a holiday wonderland for CT Hospice families, visitors, and the public to enjoy. Lights may be purchased in honor of, or in memory of, a loved one or just to share the joy of the season for $25 per strand.

Donate a Decorated Artificial Tree. Individuals and organizations with a knack for holiday decorating are encouraged to donate a fully decorated tree that will be featured in a Virtual Silent Auction. These trees are a creative way for a business to promote its services by providing gift certificates and/or products as part of the tree’s adornments. A commitment letter with tree detail must be received no later than 11/16/20, and actual tree delivered to CT Hospice by 12/3/20.

Participate in the Virtual Silent Auction. Bid on your favorite decorated holiday tree for your chance to win. Pictures of all trees will be uploaded and available for viewing online on the CT Hospice website beginning Friday, December 4, 2020. Bids may be submitted through Sunday, December 13th, when the auction will close and winners notified.

“We are excited for the opportunity to brighten up the holidays with “Lights of Love,” said Pearce. “We thank everyone who participates in this event for your support, both financially and in adding to the joy of the season.”
