Daughters, Dads and the Path Through Grief: Tales from Italian America

Donna Dicello and Lorraine Mangione will be speaking and signing books for Saint Clare Parish Ladies Guild Oct 12th 7:00pm

Donna H. DiCello, Psy.D., and Lorraine Mangione, Ph.D. will be speaking to the Saint Clare Ladies Guild (Father O’Donnell Hall) at 234 Coe Avenue in East Haven on October 12th at 7:00pm. They will be signing and selling their recently released book, Daughters, Dads and the Path Through Grief: Tales from Italian America. All are welcome to attend.

Donna is a licensed clinical psychologist, maintains a full-time practice in New Haven and Wallingford, CT and is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. Lorraine is a Professor of Psychology and Director of Practica at Antioch University New England in Keene, New Hampshire, where she teaches doctoral students in the Department of Clinical Psychology. Both women have published and presented widely on Italian American issues concerning loss, grief, bereavement, mental health issues, and the relationship of daughter and father in the Italian-American culture.
