East Haven Business Closes, Building Sold

EAST HAVEN, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that Rich Lombardo of the Milford Pearce Real Estate Commercial office sold a 12,000 square-foot building on 2.5 acres of property at 29 Baer Circle in East Haven for $625,000.

The location was the site of Tek-Motive Inc., run by the Moalli family, who closed the business. Lombardo was the agent for the seller, Angela R. Moalli Trustee. Bill Clark from the Geenty Group was the agent for the buyer, Keith Russo from Russo Construction in North Branford. Russo purchased the building for an investment.
