East Haven Business Reopens and that's Good News for Coffee Fans

The business had to close temporarily because construction nearby made it hard for patrons to access it.

In September a road construction project led to the temporary closure of Howard Engelhard’s Classic Rock Coffee Co. but undeterred he has recently reopened his business at 23 Main Street, in what was once an old mill that was built in 1706, the New Haven Register reports.

According to the website, “Classic Rock Coffee . . . it’s coffee that rocks! This ain’t your typical coffee shop. It’s java with attitude baby. At Classic Rock Coffee you’ll see, hear and taste the difference. We’ve got the best coffee, frappes, smoothies, protein shakes, pastries, sandwiches, etc. Come on in you’ll get a whole lot of love. Get the idea my babies? Even if you don’t love Classic Rock, (That’s impossible) you’re gonna Love classic Rock Coffee. Check us out!”

The business features a lot more than just coffee including: music, food, karaoke, televisions for watching and gaming, free wifi, and a brick fireplace that is very popular.
