EAST HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 17, Egisto Filipelli, of New Haven, purchased a Stacks of Cash ticket from the Corner Stop in East Haven and won $25,000.
