EAST HAVEN, CT — A Wallingford was resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Feb. 25, Edmund Arthur, of Wallingford, purchased a $5,000,000 Ultimate game at <a title="Get driving directions to Forbes Premium Fuel" class="sname" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?daddr=81+frontage+road,east+haven,ct" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Forbes Premium Fuel</a> in East Haven and won $10,000.
