EAST HAVEN, CT — East haven police are asking for the public's help.

"Can you help us identify the pictured individual, who was a passenger in a vehicle that almost struck an officer while fleeing the Home Depot parking lot during an investigation?"

Police said that the "vehicle involved fled the parking lot by going out the one way entrance and continued on to Frontage Road the wrong way."

Police said that any tips received will remain anonymous.
