The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:
Airport Expansion. The CEO of the airlines stated on May 6 that the expansion would result in an additional 500, 000- 750, 000 passengers each year. State engineers called the Kimberly/Forbes/Frontage Road intersection, "one if the four worst in the state". Our roadways can not handle the current traffic load. How will they handle the added passengers and vehicles. Not to mention the impact on greenhouse gases, noise pollution, and growing asthma concerns in young children.
Critical differences between me and my opponents:
I will work for the Town of East Haven. Not voting republican/ democrat or rubber stamping decisions put in front of me by my party.
Accomplishments:
I ran my own construction business for over 40 years. No one owes me anything and I don't own anyone anything.
Other issues:
God, Family, and Country. I believe focusing on this is the answer to many of our problems. Money is not the answer.
What else would you like voters to know about you?
I treat everyone equally. I help those in need and listen to the real concerns of the people. I feel I am very practical and have common sense. Both of which we need in this town, state, and Country.
