Family in government: No

The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

Our dependence on borrowing to balance our budgets. I would proposed that each major department budget include a line item for future capital expenditures.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

Experience and Integrity and Honest to a fault.

Accomplishments:

As a Realtor and Certified Negotiator I know how to bring two sides together. For the past several years I have received and reviewed the East Haven budgeted expenses and revenue monthly

Other issues:

Our Town Charter was last updated in 1994 I will move to form a commission to review it.
The North side of town has seen several large developments I would propose we consider a moratorium on future development.
I oppose the statewide zoning and would seek to opt out.
I am opposed to access to Tweed from Hemingway Avenue.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I am fiscally conservative
