Critical differences between me and my opponents:
I have been the Town Clerk for 12 years during which time I have revamped the office technologically. I have made land records searching more user friendly. Credit cards can now be used as payment in the office and online vital records requests portal is available. I have made the office with the help of my staff a warm and friendly place to which answers to questions can be found.
Accomplishments:
I have a degree in Biology from Albertus Magnus College and worked as a research assistant for 17 years at Yale University. I believe my critical and analytical thinking has helped me think through issues in the office to find the best solutions possible.
Other issues:
I would like to keep improving the technology in the office. If re-elected, I will be implementing online dog license renewal come June 2022. People are very busy and they need to be able to renew their dog's license when it is convenient for them. This is also why I have implemented the online vital record request portal, and as well as e-recording of documents for land records.
What else would you like voters to know about you?
I am here to serve the voters to the best of my abilities and to make their experience in the office as pleasant as possible. I will keep striving to improve the office be it in it's appearance, professionalism, and services. I appreciate the support of the voters and will work hard to continue to earn it.
