East Haven Man, 24, Pleads Guilty To Drug, Gun Charges: Feds

Police said Jesus Manual Valle's house on Charter Oak Avenue in East Haven was a "hub of narcotics distribution activity."

EAST HAVEN, CT —Jesus Manual Valle, 24, of pleaded guilty in federal court to drug dealing and gun possession charged, prosecutors announced.

According to court documents and statements made in court, police said Valle's house on Charter Oak Avenue in East Haven was a "hub of narcotics distribution activity."

In February, investigators searched his house and seized approximately 17 grams of heroin packaged for distribution, 35 grams of loose heroin, 17 grams of packaged cocaine, nine grams of packaged crack cocaine, items used to process and package narcotics for street sale, and a loaded Ruger .44 magnum handgun.

Known also by the street name "LoLo," Valle pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin, cocaine and crack, which carries a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years, and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, which carries a mandatory consecutive sentenced of at least five years.

Valle, who'll be sentenced Nov. 15, is out on a $250,000 bond.

The case was investigated by the DEA Bridgeport High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, the FBI Bridgeport Safe Streets Task Force and the East Haven Police Department.
