East Haven Open Houses Oct. 10-11: A Cosey Beach Home With Its Own Beach And A Shell Beach Townhouse

EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven's two open houses this weekend are both on the water. One is a Cosey Beach Avenue home with its own stretch of beachfront and a detached studio, where the listing says the town's Fourth of July fireworks barge anchors right out front. The other is an end-unit townhouse in Shell Beach, a gated complex in Morgan Point with a pool and two beaches.

Two East Haven homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $597,000 to $1,299,999, according to Zillow.com.

The community has a heated pool, a clubhouse and two beaches, and the unit has a detached one-car garage. It's a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo with 1,848 square feet; the HOA fee is $820 a month.
