East Haven Police Arrest Log:

Colleen Megan Cunningham, 32, of Eastern Street in New Haven is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Eshwar Singh, 48, of Allen Street in West Haven is charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree threatening, and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Joseph J. Carbone, 30, of Holland Road is charged with fourth-degree larceny.

Lorena Isabel Diglio, 42, of Main Street is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Jacob Scott Longyear, 26, of Ocean View Street in New Haven is charged with first-degree failure to appear, four counts of second-degree failure to appear, third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, third-degree criminal trespass, and sixth-degree larceny.

Anthony Ugolik, 60, of Townsend Terrace in New Haven is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Eric Kousen, 28, of Pentecost Street in Branford is charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of violation of probation, and first-degree larceny.

Nathan Colwell, 56, of Rowe Street is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Carlos Alberto Collazos, 23, of Shirley Way in New Haven is charged with two counts of violation of probation, third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, criminal impersonation, and interfering with an officer.
