Sean T Kane, 44, of Washington Avenue is charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Angela Caruthers, 70, of Church Street is charged with disorderly conduct.

Anthony Delieto, 61, of Church Street is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Diamond Tashi Gallimore, 41, of Augur Street in Hamden is charged with violation of a protective order.

Destiny Lamb, 22, of Everett Street in West Haven is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and evading responsibility.
