Joseph Deko, 27, of Main Street is charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

John Verab, 42, of Warwick Street in New Haven is charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Brian Henry, 42, of Clifton Street in New Haven is charged with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Anna Zito, 21, of Coe Avenue is charged with disorderly conduct.

Avyonia Whitley, 18, of Birch Lane is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Kavon Franklin, 19, of Cedar Court is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Andrew Proto, 68, of Judith Lane is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence and reckless driving.

Daniel Hosler, 42, of Fulton Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Angel Alvarado, 37, of Foxon Road is charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer and criminal violation of a restraining order.
