Tyler Michael Criscuolo, 21, of Main Street is charged with first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Victor Manuel Martinez, 26, of Short Beach Road is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Timothy Heyward, 33, of Hemingway Avenue is charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and third-degree assault.

Lance Waller Redd, 32, of Old Foxon Road is charged with violation of a protective order.

Stephen James Goodless, 50, of Hunt Lane is charged with disorderly conduct.

Kavon Franklin, 19, of Cedar Court is charged with disorderly conduct.

John Joseph Ferrara, 48, of Main Street in Portland is charged with violation of probation.
