East Haven Police Arrest Log:

• Panayoti Hrampanis, 28, of Shepard Avenue in West Haven is charged with DUI and driving in the improper lane.
• Saul Segui, 30, of Hillside Avenue in Branford is charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.
• David Summy, 62, of Silver Sands Road is charged with disorderly conduct.
• Gero T. Liquori, 21, of Pond View Terrace is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
• Sarah L. Celone, 21, of Hobart Street in Meriden is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
• Jesse L. Spada, 20, of Sorrento Avenue is charged with disorderly conduct.
• Michael Gaetano, 36, of Front Street in New Haven is charged with first-degree violation conditions of his release and criminal violation of a protective order.
• Kenneth Cogan, 49, of Whitney Avenue in Hamden is charged with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace.
• Armand A. Amendola, 42, of East Have is charged is charged with second-degree harassment.
• Matthew Giglietti, 35, of Laurel Street is charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, and eight counts of third-degree forgery.
• David Andrews, 32, is charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree arson, and first-degree criminal mischief.

The charges include the time-period of the last week in May.
