Chad Olshan, 41, of Cottage Road in Madison is charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit. Wisdom South, 21, of Montoya Drive is charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Josue Elias, 33, of Lexington Avenue in New Haven is charged with first-degree failure to appear. Conor J. O'Keefe, 27, of Tuttle Place is charged with disorderly conduct. Juan A. Colon, 46, of Englewood Drive in New Haven is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
