April 12

Gina Marie Mariano, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and disorderly conduct.

Brandon Collin Clark, 21, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

April 15

Janine Elizabeth Hoyesen, 42, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Robert Austin McMullin, 24, of Meriden, was charged with violation of a protective order.

April 16

Luther Quattlebaum, 54, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Christopher J. Shultz, 31, of Hamden, was charged with violation of probation.

Michelle Frances Laudano, 29, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Jose Vinicio Ajila-Vinan, 35, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

April 17

Melinda A. Jackson, 43, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Michael Andrew Leonard, 36, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.

April 18

Rashiyd Dashon Brown, 23, of West Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Michael Pellegrino, 37, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
