April 27

Michael A. Parlato, 76, of East Haven, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault.

Frank Acampora, 58, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Paula Ann Moran, 46, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jean Elizabeth Edwards-Chieppo, 67, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Rose M. Davis, 59, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Robert Peterson, 68, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Shawn P. Hopkinson, 37, of Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Edith E. Bell, 44, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Jamie L. Welles, 34, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

April 29

Michael Fucci, 26, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

April 30

David Howell, 23, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Nicholas Marshall, 32, of Westbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

May 1

Jonathan L. Coburn, 30, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

May 3

Robert T. Northrop, 29, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

May 4

Tanya Marie Bradley, 34, listed as homless in East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance.

Hiram Medero, 27, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.
