April 8

Diego Rojas Minaya, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct.

Rahshai Anderson, 39, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.

April 9

David J. Loosemore, 43, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, and disorderly conduct.

Nathan Drew Quinn, 27, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

April 11

Antonio Gil, 34, of New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Eric Kenneth Casner, 38, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Akila Abdullah Shamsid-Deen, 23, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault.

Pablo Estrada Vicente, 22, of New Britain, was charged with reckless driving, engaging in a police pursuit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and interfering with an officer.

April 12

Bryant Keith Thomas, 23, of North Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Brian Alvarado-Santos, 31, of New Haven, was charged with assault on a public safety officer, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

Matthew Aponte Allen, 37, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Carlos Cespo, 41, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

April 13

Kelly Elizabeth Crookston, 43, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear/charges pending.
