Scott Kenneth Perillo, 38, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.
Aug. 20
Jefferson Doug Veloz-Gerrero, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Bryan F. Calandrelli, 45, of North Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.
Aug. 21
Robert Salvatore, 40, of East Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
Christian J. Santiago, 18, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Laguna Alberto Sanchez, 36, of Norwalk, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Steven Cotto-Castellano, 37, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, and disorderly conduct.
