East Haven police logs, Aug. 3-9:

Aug. 3

Lynda Rascati, 58, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Abdiel J. Carrasquillo-Pizarro, 28, of New Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order/imposing restraint.

Aug. 4

Shawn P. Dawson, 30, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Aug.5

Michael G. Janco, 43, of Waterbury, was charged with third-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 8

Robert Amato, 58, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 9

Jasmine A. Thompson, 27, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha Santino, 32, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
