Dec. 15

Bobby McMillian, 51, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

Edward C. Seward, 65, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 18

Frank L. Celano, 57, of North Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.

Alexander Rivera, 28, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Dec. 20

Louis Wordie, 19, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order.

James F. Dennis, 40, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Leon T. Crenshaw, 35, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Joseph L. Dellavalle, 23, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Dec. 21

Brandon M. Caprio, 29, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, and interfering with an officer.

Ronald Kevin Smith, 57 of Norwich, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
