Steven Cotto-Castellano, 38, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, by use or threat of force.

Dec. 23

Jarrod K. Hastings, 42, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation.

Sergio Andrade Meza, 25, of Wallingford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Dec. 25

Lauren Theresa Modine, 27, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Jorge Torres-Flores, 39, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dec. 27

Shaquille Dominic Francis, 26, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Elliet Soto, 22, of New Haven, was charged with engaging in a police pursuit, reckless driving, disobeying signal of officer, failure to drive in the proper lane, and license plate violation.
