Rosemary Leah Bevis, 67, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Christopher Dylan Kinneen-Candelaria, 23, of Meriden, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Jon M. Weiner, 64, of New York, NY, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Katiria Villafane, 36, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.
