Feb. 27

Nikko Robert Fiak, 25, of East Haven, faces five violation of probation charges.

Brandon James Kemp, 30, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 28

Kasey Rose Moriarty, 27, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Anastasia Christine Riccio, 36, of Branford, was charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear/charges pending, possession of a controlled substance, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Cynthia Ann Perillo, 56, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat.

March 1

Shakara Mona Ingram, 32, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Anthony David Derosa, 54, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear/charges pending.

Richard H. Starr, 75, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

March 3

Christopher L. Bonilla, 35, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear/charges pending.

Justin Michael Chapman, 18, of Hamden, was charged with first-degree robbery/criminal liability, first-degree threatening with a firearm/criminal liability, second-degree larceny/criminal liability, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree breach of peace.
