Feb. 4
William Torres, 28, of Hartford, was charged with larceny of motor vehicle, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Anita M. Ferrante, 47, of East Haven, was charged with five counts of sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 5Anastasia Christine Riccio, 36, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Yesica Soto-Villota, 40, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
Feb. 7
Damon K. Roberts, 50, of Ansonia, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, second-degree failure to appear, sixth-degree larceny, and use of drug paraphernalia.
Richard H. Staar, 75, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree violation of a conditional release, and disorderly conduct.
Michael Caruso, 23, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Feb. 9
Ronald E. Dorsey, 55, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Feb. 10
Alyssa Lauren Ruotolo, 27, of West Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
