Anne T. Candela, 44, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Andrew Jason Wilson, 38, of Branford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Jan. 14
Michael S. Carbone, 43, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Claudia Flores, 45, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jan. 15
Alessandra Susan Camputaro, 25, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.
Nicholas Brian Gargano, 44, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.
Jan. 17
Marissa A. Laureano, 33, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Luis Miguel Castillo, 53, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Cynthia Charles, 27, of Bridgeport, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
